Description
Description
Rubber Bushing - 3/4" Stem Diameter x 7/16" Center Hole
Flanged rubber bushing that press-fits into a 3/4" panel hole and lines it with soft rubber. The 7/16" center hole cushions whatever passes through - wires, bolts, tubing, or shafts - stopping abrasion, rattle, and metal-on-metal contact, while the flanged head seats flush against the panel.
Specifications
- Center Hole Diameter: 7/16"
- Stem Diameter: 3/4" (fits 3/4" panel holes)
- Stem Height: 3/4"
- Head (Flange) Diameter: 1"
- Head Height: 3/8"
- Total Height: 1-1/8"
- Material: Solid rubber, black
- Sold individually
Applications
Lining drilled holes in metal panels and enclosures, protecting wires and cable pass-throughs, isolating bolts and screws from vibration, insulating tubing and fuel or fluid lines, mounting electronics, and bonding metal sleeves. Common in automotive, appliance, HVAC, and electrical work.
Sizing
Match the stem diameter to your drilled hole (3/4") and the center hole (7/16") to the wire, bolt, or tube passing through. Other stem and hole combinations are available in our rubber bushings collection.

How to Size a Bushing
How to Size a Bushing
Match the stem diameter to the panel hole it presses into, and the center hole diameter to the bolt, rod, or cable passing through. Rubber compresses slightly, so a light interference fit seats best.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do rubber bushings size?
The stem diameter matches the panel hole it presses into, and the center hole matches the bolt, rod, or cable passing through. Both are in the specs table above.
What do bushings do?
They isolate vibration, prevent metal-on-metal contact, and protect wires or shafts passing through panels.
How do I install them?
Press into the hole by hand - a little soapy water helps. Rubber compresses slightly, so a light interference fit seats best.
