Bulk and trade orders: common questions
How does bulk pricing work?
Most product pages show a Bulk Discounts table. The more of an item you order, the lower its price per piece: 50+ pieces 10% off, 500+ 20% off, 1,000+ 30% off, 2,500+ 40% off and 5,000+ 50% off. The discount is applied automatically, with no code.
I need more than 5,000 pieces, a recurring order or a size I can't find. What do I do?
Send a quote request with the form above. Include the product link or SKU, the quantity, and in the notes whether it is a one-time or recurring order and your ship-to ZIP code. From a product page, the "Request a bulk quote" link fills in the product, SKU and quantity for you.
Is there a minimum order?
Each item in your cart needs a line total of at least $20.00 to check out. Product pages suggest the quantity that reaches it, after any bulk discount.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders usually ship within 24 hours after the order is placed, from Elgin, South Carolina. You can choose UPS or FedEx, and every order ships with a tracking number.
Can I return a bulk order?
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. Email us for an RMA number before returning anything. Items must come back in the condition you received them, with all parts and the original packaging. A refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee; exchanges are not charged this fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the problem is our fault. See the return policy.
