These isolator mounts have M6 metric studs: 6 mm diameter, normally with a 1.0 mm coarse pitch. M6 is the standard on a lot of European and Asian equipment, fans, pumps, 3D printer and CNC frames, and imported furniture, so an inch-thread mount will not fit those tapped holes.

M6 or 1/4-20? The two are close in size (6 mm vs 6.35 mm), which is why they get mixed up. The quickest check is to try a known M6 nut by hand; if it binds after a turn or two, you probably have 1/4-20. A thread pitch gauge settles it. Once the thread is confirmed, measure the space between the parts you are isolating and choose the rubber height that fits, then check the stud length against the depth of the tapped hole so it does not bottom out before the mount sits flat.
