The Problem
Envy x360 13", 15", and 15.6" models use adhesive-backed rubber strips and pads on the base panel. The convertible hinge flexes the chassis every time you fold it, and warm exhaust air along the rear vent bakes the adhesive. Rear feet almost always fail first — which is the worst case, because the rear lift is what feeds cool air to the intake vents underneath.
Replacement Sizing

Color matching: black for Nightfall Black, gray/silver for Natural Silver, or clear for any finish.
Install Steps
- Shut down, close the lid, flip onto a towel.
- Remove failed feet and rub off old adhesive (isopropyl alcohol dissolves it).
- Clean each mounting spot with alcohol; let dry fully.
- Peel, position, press 30 seconds per foot.
- Let cure 24 hours before setting the laptop on carpet or fabric.
