- Power down and flip the laptop onto a soft cloth.
- Peel off any remaining loose feet and scrape away old adhesive residue.
- Wipe the mounting spots with isopropyl alcohol and let dry — this step is what makes them stay on.
- Peel, place, and press each new foot firmly for 30 seconds.
- Wait 24 hours before heavy use for full adhesive cure.
