Frequently Asked Questions

What do M/M, M/F, and F/F mean?

M/M has threaded studs on both ends, M/F has a stud on one end and a threaded insert on the other, and F/F has inserts on both ends. Choose based on which sides you can access with a bolt.

How do I size a vibration mount?

Match the thread size and stud length to your mounting holes, then pick the rubber diameter and height for the load - larger rubber sections carry more weight and isolate lower frequencies.

How many mounts do I need?

Most equipment uses one mount per corner. Distribute the machine weight evenly across all mounts and torque against the metal end faces, never by crushing the rubber.
