1/4" x 2" Phillips Pan Head Self-Tapping Sheet Metal Screw - Zinc Plated
Our largest self-tapping screw - a 1/4-14 thread that cuts into heavy-gauge steel and holds. Zinc-plated steel with a wide pan head and Phillips #3 recess for high-torque driving. Drill a 7/32" pilot hole and drive.

How to Install
Drill a 7/32" pilot hole in sheet metal, set your driver to a Phillips #3 bit, and drive until the pan head seats flush. Don't overtighten in thin gauge - stop when snug so the threads don't strip.
